November 18: Continuing its efforts to reach out the needy people, Police launched Public outreach campaign under the Civic Action Programme of J&K police throughout the district and distributed necessary items, blankets and COVID-19 safety kits to 500 poor and needy families in Bandipora.
The distribution function was organised at SK Stadium Bandipora. SSP Bandipora Sh. Rahul Malik-IPS distributed the items among the needy and poor families. He was accompanied by DySP Hqr Bandipora and DSP DAR Bandiproa.
On the occasion, SSP Bandipora said that there is a need for sensitising the society of its responsibilities towards COVID-19 particularly the needy and poor families. He added that police is always there for any help for the poor and needy people.
