Srinagar ,14-Sep; In a first of its kind in Kashmir,an officer in Kashmir has been transferred twice in a single list issued today.According to Current News Service, In an Transfer order issued by Department of Rural Panchayat Raj From Civil Secretariat Srinagar, one officer has been Transferred twice in a single List issued vide Government Order No 233 RD& PR Dated 14-09-2021. On Page No 10 of the Order Under Serial No 03 BDO Kunzer Abdul Rashid Bhat has been Transferred to Hajin Bandipora while in the Same List on Page No 11 Serial No 19, Same BDO has been again Transferred to Bandipora which Clearly reveals How Principal secretaries of our UT are Issuing Government order Casually.One of the Retired officers Ghulam Rasool told CNS that it is very unfortunate that one officer has been Transferred twice in a single list, it reflects how efficient our government officers in Civil Secretariat are while passing Such order’s of Kashmir Administrative officers of UT.
