Srinagar: The enforcement wing of Srinagar development authority (SDA) on Tuesday carried out a demolition drive at the new bye-byepass area or Nowgam Srinagar. The filling material that was dumped in order to raise the concrete walling against the Master plan was seized, demolished and also the strip of land was retrieved under Development colony Bemina.FIR against the accused were registered in the concerned police station.The people residing within SDA jurisdiction are warned not to go for any illegal constructions/ encroachments. The demolition drive against such constructions and encroachments shall continue in future. The demolition was successfully executed as per the directions of the Vice Chairman SDA, Bashir Ahmad Lone.(CNS)
