| Jammu: Taking dig on the Vision Document of BJP, Ch. Lal Singh, while addressing a series of rallies at Phinter and Mahanpur, termed it merely a farce as they have totally distorted the definition of locals by winding up PRCs and leaving no distinction for the the original state subjects living in the state for thousands years. It’s unfortunate that our west Pakistani refugee, Balmiki Samaj and other original state subjects are being treated at par with new entrants in the state post abrogation 370.He sarcastically said that the BJP leaders have redefined the local as a term and considering everyone locals in the state. Taking jibe at the development claims of BJP ,Lal Singh said that the development of the present regime can very well be witnessed in the corridors of the hospitals in JKUT. Their mismanagement in the health sectors and failure in Covid management more particularly in terms of supply of health equipments, kits and very importantly the oxygen Cylinder ,actually nullifies all their claims and boasting of development in the state. What are thier parameters to evaluate the development when they failed to protect the human lives, said Ch.Lal Singh while addressing gathering in a meeting held at Kathua today. Its unfortunate that the people belonging to the lower strata are the worst sufferers due to poor health management in the state and all this is happening when we have professional Doctors in the corridors of the power . It’s not only on one front, their failure can be seen on every front more prominently in settling the issue of Toll Plazas, failure in supply of fertilizer and seeds to the farmers, illegal termination of youth from their jobs,non regularisation of daily rated,casual and consolidated employees who have rendered services of more than 15 to 20 years in the various departments of the state and total mess in the development schemes due to the non payment of the funds to the contractors and the labour engaged under PMGSY and related schemes. Dr.Hari Dutt Shishu, General Secretary of the party in a separate statement said that the people of Jammu province have made up their mind to teach lesson to the local leadership of the ruling party in the ensuing Election of DDC and this can very well be gauged from the dismal presence of people in their meetings despite pumping huge resources and exploiting government machinery in these elections.
