RAJOURI: Indian Army provisioned basic infrastructure and equipment for establishing COVID Suraksha Kendra in Gagrote, Nowshera Sector. This is an initiative to facilitate the locals in becoming self reliant, undertake preventive measures and conduct initial COVID-19 screening in their villages. Gagrote Suraksha Kendra has been kitted with infrared thermometers, BP machines, lung exercisers, automatic sanitizer dispensers, masks, sanitizers and gloves which are essential for individual protection, initial COVID-19 symptom screening and preventing community spread. This COVID Surakhsha Kendra is expected to benefit approx 3100 locals of the area. The efforts of Indian Army to assist the locals in fight against COVID pandemic was highly appreciated by the locals and civil administration.
