Srinagar- 11 August :- while taking a serious Note of Complaint against Municipal Committee Ananthnaag Union territory Government has ordered Disciplinary action against Nine employees of Local Bodies Department Kashmir including Executive officer Municipal Committee Mattan and enquiry against President Municipal Committee Ananthnaag Under Municipal Act. Reliable Sources told CNS after Receiving approval from General Administration Department in a complaint against Executive officer Municipal Committee Council Ananthnaag , Housing and Urban Development Department Civil Secretariat Srinagar Vide their letter No 24 of 2021 has directed Director Urbal local Bodies Kashmir to initiate an inquiry against the President Municipal Counsil Ananthnaag Under Act and fix the responsibilities against him.Besides that disciplinery action has been also initiated against Nine employees of Municipal Committees including then field Staff of MC Ananthnaag Namely Tariq Ahamad then Secretary , Abdul Rashid Zagoo MC Frisal, Aijaz Ahamad MC Pulwama, Nisar Ahmad Shah MC Frisal , Nazir Ahmad Nanda SMC ,Farooq Ahmad Bhat MC Khrew, Imtiyaz Ahmad Dar MC Ananthnaag,Javid Ahmad Lala MC Ananthnaag and Shakeela Jabeen. Meanwhile Director Urban local Bodies Kashmir was directed to Transfer all employees including Ministerial Staff from Municipalities across Kashmir division having stay more than three years and submit the complaince report to General Administration Department within fifteen days.(CNS)
