People of Balad under the leadership of Sarpanch Anil Kumar protested strongly against PWD department for not starting the construction work of road from village Chullna to Balad despite approval of DPR. While elaborating Mr. Anil Kumar Sarpanch Halqa Pounthal said that the PWD department is constantly ignoring our demands and people are falling prey to the accidents due to lack of road connectivity.Anil Kumar sai that people are forced to walk on railway tracks, many accidents have already happened.Right now, due to Corona epidemic, many people from our areas are getting sick and for treatment or vaccination are going to PHC Dansal which is 24 kilometers from Balad. And to reach there at PHC Dansal our people are going by foot due to non existence of any road.Pounthal sarpanch appealed to Manoj Sinha, Advisor to LG Incharge PWD Department and Commissioner Secretary PWD to immediately start the construction work of road from Chullana to Balad to give some recipe to the people of the area.Others who attended today’s protest are Subash Singh, Ramesh Singh, Sewa Singh, Naju Singh, Sohan Verma, Vikram Singh, Girdhari Lal and others.
