Kangan,08-Feb: A 17-year-old girl committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance at her home in Ganiwan area of sub division Kangan in Ganderbal district.Sources told that the girl (name withheld) consumed some poisonous substance at her home and was immediately rushed to nearby hospital where from she was referred to SKIMS Soura in a critical condition where she succumbed.A police official said that the reason for the suicide was not immediately known,” they said, adding that police has registered a case started further investigation.(CNS)
