Srinagar, 21-Feb:An electronic shop was gutted in blaze in the Habba Kadal area of Srinagar on Monday.According to eyewitnesses, fire emerged from the shop of Star photographer owned by Ishtiyaq Ahmad damaging goods worth lakhs.In the incident, electronic goods, which included mobile phones, cameras and other items were completely destroyed, they said and added due to the timely action by Fire Service, the fire was controlled from spreading further.However, some other adjoining shops also suffered damages in the incident, they said. The victims appealed the authorities to provide compensation.(CNS)
