Srinagar,10-Feb; Burglars stole cash from Kashmir’s’ revered shrine of Hazrat Sheikh Syed Abdul Qadir Jeelani (RA) known as ‘Dastgeer Sahib’at Khanyar area of Srinagar last night.Police officer confirmed the incident and told that they received information from Intizamiya Committee of the Dastgeer Sahib shrine that during the intervening night some unknown thieves have broken the donation box and stole cash from it. After the commission of the crime, the suspected person escaped from the spot.Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and have initiated further investigations.(CNS)
