Hajin, 03-March: Bandipora Police on Thursday felicitated the toppers of class 10th and 12th students of Sonawari area at Candles Garden Educational Institute Gundjahangir.The event was held at Candles Garden Educational Institute Gundjahangir with colourful activities to welcome the guests .SDPO Hajin Latief Ahmad Khan was the chief guest of the felicitation event and was also attended by SHO Hajin Zahoor and other officers of Hajin Police.Besides Police Officials, Municipal Committe Hajin Chairman Irshad Ahmad Wani, Deputy Chairman MC Hajin Waseem Ahmad Parray,BDC Chairman Naidkhai GH Nabi Ganja, Deputy Sarpanch Noor Mohammad Bhat ,Chairman and Principal of Candles Garden Educational Institute Mukhtar Ahmad Wani, Principal GHS Shagund, Principal GHS Naidkhai ,Headmaster Govt High School Shahgund were also present on the occasion.The eight meritorious students Ulfat Yousuf from GHS Shahgund who has scored 91.8% marks, Saniya Mehraj from Candles Garden Educational Institute Gundjahangir who has scored 99.4% marks, Sumaiya Shabir from Candles Garden Educational Institute Gundjahangir who has scored 96.6% marks, Tanzeela Irshad from Candles Garden Educational who has scored .92.6% marks, Yasir Nazir . from Al Habib Educational Institute Gundjahangir Who has scored .92% marks, Zahid Shafi from Govt High School Gundjahangir who has scored 96% marks, Hasmat Rasool from Govt High secondary Naidkhai who has scored 95% marks and Saqib Altaf from Govt High Secondary Nadikhai who has scored 90.4% marks were felicitated in the event.As a mark of appreciation, the students were felicitated with Cash prizes, Momentos and Appreciation letters by SDPO Hajin.SDPO Hajin Latief Ahmad and Inspector Zahoor Ahmad while interacting with the meritorious students congratulated them for their brilliant performance in their studies and hoped that their achievement would inspire other students to excel in their studies and academics. He also appreciated the efforts of the teachers, guardians and parents in their achievement.SDPO Hajin advised the students to stay focused in their resolve towards excellence and continue to be an inspiration for others.
