Jammu :A Departmental Promotion Committee meeting was held on June 07, 2021 under the chairmanship of Shri V. K. Singh, DGP-cum-Commandant General Home Guards/ Civil Defence & SDRF J&K for considering the promotions of SDRF and Home Guards personnel to their next rank. Consequently, 23 Assistant Sub-Inspectors were promoted to the rank of Sub-Inspectors, 07 Head Constables were promoted to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspectors and 32 SG Constables were promoted to the rank of Head Constables. Thus, in total, 62 personnel have been promoted to their next rank. The Commandant General has extended congratulations the promotees and their families.
