Continuing it’s drive against the menace of drug trafficking and substance abuse amongst the youngsters, several nakas were established at different places and one such naka was established by Police team of PS Bakshi Nagar led by SHO P/S Bakshi Nagar Inspr. Ravi Kant near Bakshi Nagar area where they rounded up a suspect namely Mohan Lal S/o Om Parkash R/o Parbhat Colony peer Baba Satwari Jammu in a vehicle bearing registration No. Jk02BU-0265. During search, 4 Gms of heroin was recovered from him.On this Case FIR No. 88/2021 u/s 8/21/22 NDPS ACT got registered at P/S Bakshi Nagar and the accused got arrested. The overall arrest and recovery was made under the supervision of SDPO West Sh. Rahul Nagar.•Further investigation of the case is going on.•Jammu Police is striving hard and taking every possible step to make people especially youth aware to eradicate drug menace.
