Kulgam 18 AUG: Abid Hussain khan District President bjp Kulgam condemns yesterday’s attack on their party worker terming it as cowardly act. stating 1270 workers work for the welfare of common people in district Kulgam alone.‘’ Police statement is baseless and is based on malice design, as on 10th august I met deputy commissioner kulgam with proper representation and informed them about the threat to their thirty party workers. Same list was communicated to SSP kulgam via whatsapp in which slain Javaid’s name was too included’’,said khan.The same statement has been rejected by SSP Kulgam,terming that no such list was forwarded or communicated to himAs claimed by khan, only few workers have been accommodated at khan guest house where police have never paid any visit despite getting threats.khan has appealed LG administration to investigate the matter within 48 hours or take responsibility of their workers as almost nine workers have been killed in past two years.
